“Starry Neil and the Hayden Planetarium”
Neil de Grasse Tyson, everyone’s favorite astrophysicist in the style of Vincent Van Gogh. The director of the Hayden Planetarium in New York City is most famous for being able to spark a wide spread interest in the sciences as a public educator (...and perhaps his role in reclassifying Pluto as a dwarf planet). After appearing on late night television for many years as well as being the host of Star Talk Radio and the hit series Cosmos, Neil has played a crucial role in social science literacy. As a nod to his favorite piece of artwork, Starry Night by Van Gogh, I decided to create a painting of him gazing up into the night sky with his Planetarium in view.

The 8" x 10" inch print comes matted in a 11"x14" white frame and is personally signed by me the original artist. Each print is also given a proof number so that they can later be identified correctly with their corresponding print runs.
